How to add customized content from My Library to my Buzz course
The Savvas Realize Discover tool allows you to add content from your Savvas Realize My Library including:
Custom assessments
Custom content. Note: Adding a PDF to your Realize My Library gives you students added functionality of the Savvas Realize PDF annotation tools.
Individual items in your Playlists.
Important!
You cannot create My Library content directly inside of the Savvas Realize Discover tool while in Buzz. You will need to launch Savvas Realize from Buzz to add/manage content in My Library. Follow the directions below to see how.
Open up the Savvas Realize Course Connect external tool in Buzz.
Click on My Library. If you have My Library items already, you will see them here.
To add items to your My Library you will need to launch Savvas Realize by clicking the Launch Savvas Realize button.
Select My Library.
From Savvas Realize you can now create My Library content including custom assessments, custom content and playlist
Once you created content in My Library from within Savvas Realize you will be able to find these items within the Savvas Realize Discover tool and add them to your Buzz course.
Go back to Buzz where you should still see the Savvas Realize Discover tool. Click on the My Library tab to refresh the page. You will now see the items you created.
To add content to your "shopping cart" simply click on the Import button for each item you want to add. In the example below, the individual items in the Playlist are being added.
Important!
You cannot import the Playlist into Buzz. You can, however, add individual items in your Playlist.
You can click on the "x items(s) added" link to see the items you selected. Click on the Import button to add the items to your Buzz course.
You will now see the items in your Buzz course.
