Let’s set up your class with Savvas Realize

In order for your students to access their Savvas assignments and content in your LMS course, you will need to trigger Savvas Realize to create the class in Savvas Realize by simply opening any Savvas content/assignment in your course.  Savvas will then ask you to identify the school your Canvas course is associated to. For Schoology users, this action must be done for each section in order for the corresponding classes to be created in Savvas Realize. 

Once you select the school, Savvas Realize will create the class in Savvas Realize. You and your students will now be able to access your Savvas content in your Canvas course. Remember that you will need to do this for each of your Canvas courses and each section of a Schoology course

Knowing what school your class belongs to allow Savvas to:

• Report student performance by school and

• Allows you to access any licenses purchased by your school.
