LTI-Advantage Integration Scorecard
Evaluating a content provider's LTI integration solution
Not all LTI-Advantage integrations are implemented the same way. This means there will be feature and functionality differences between each content provider. Just asking if the content provider is LTI or LTI-Advantage integrated is not enough. You need to ask each content provider which specific functions they support.
Some examples of key differences between content providers implementation are:
Not all publishers support the ability for teachers and course designers to build a course or lesson once and share it with other teachers or copy it from one school year to the next.
Not all publishers support "just-in-time" rostering meaning teacher do not have the flexibility of managing class rosters in the LMS such as adding co-teachers to a class or creating a class in the LMS.
