Your account is not associated with any schools

Why did I get this message?

If you got this error it is because you are not associated to any active schools. Your schools associations come from your district Student Information System (SIS) data that is synced to Savvas Realize.

How do I get this fixed?

Let your school or district administrator know that you are not associated to any active schools in Savvas. Your school or district admin will be able to look at the data in your district's SIS data extract that is synced with Savvas EasyBridge.

If your school or district administrator has confirmed that you are associated to a school and the data is synced to Savvas, then please contact Savvas Customer Support. It could be that your school was made inactive by mistake.
