Step 1: Get Started with Google Classroom Integration

In this tutorial you will learn how to connect your Savvas Realize account to your Google Classroom account so you can start using Google Classroom with Savvas Realize.

Prerequisite: Before you can connect to Google Classroom, ensure that you have a Google Classroom account, and that you have provided Google Classroom accounts for your students. For information about Google Classroom, see About Google Classroom.

To get started with Google Classroom, simply click on Import Google Classes from the Classes tab in Savvas Realize.

You will be prompted to sign into Google or you will be asked by Google to select the Google account you want to use. 

Once you select your Google account and login, you will be asked by Google to grant Savvas Realize access. This is a one-time step to link your account with Savvas Realize. Select Allow.

Now that your Google Account is linked to your Savvas account, you have the option to import one or more of your Google Classroom classes into Savvas Realize at this time.

If you are co-teacher and the primary teacher already imported the class into Savvas Realize, you can simply click Cancel.
